Our Services
Companion Dog Class
Classes limited to 4 per class. These classes cover lead manners, recall, polite doorways, basic obedience and husbandry. General day to day life skills and vet visits. This is for all breeds and all ages as exercises are catered for all levels.
Talent Dogs International
A blend of obedience and trick dog training. For dogs of all ages and all breeds. 12 levels of tricks to work through once the foundation course is completed.
Scentwork Partnership
Scent dectection, Mantrailling and Tracking. This can be done as a non member but club days and progression sessions are subsidised for members. Once foundations are completed you can attend club days. One off workshops also available for truffle hunting. Don't just pick one discipline.... enjoy all 3 under the partnership. All breeds and ages catered for.
Trail Hunt International
Brand new scent sport for dogs of all ages, breed and ability. There are 2 foundation workshops to complete and then you can enjoy progression trails and move onto the components to keep it interesting and fresh for your dog.
Cath & Jax
We've been training with Angie for Talent Dogs and Tracking. Two very different activities but Angie just knows what to do to support me and my boy. Classes are always fun, relaxed and most importantly, build the relationship between me and Jax, not just the end result of achievement. Jax always comes first, positive and fun experiences with plenty of giggles and treats. Jax also loves Angie, shaking his bottom to get cuddles and checking pockets for treats, if you're dog loves someone you know you're in good hands.

Never before did i ever think I could train my dogs to do tricks!
The skills Angie has taught us, have blown me away, once you realise it works, its quite mind blowing!
And here we are on Talent Dog International Level 2!
My dog Skye LOVES doing her trick training & so do I, it has strengthened our bond, Skye is so eager to please & the sense of accomplishment once your dog understands what you are asking of them is such an incredible feeling!
My aim ~ to have fun, for my dog to have fun & to showcase to the world that Greyhounds are not just couch potatoes & to show just how clever they really are!
Tracey & Vespa
I started to attend the “Pay as you train” classes with Angie at Anchaz dog training in October 2024 with my newly adopted rescue dog, Vespa who had little or no training and was struggling a lack of confidence.
I can honestly say it’s been the best decision for her!
The classes at Anchaz are small so you always feel that you are getting pretty close to one to one attention.
Angie is clearly passionate about training and from getting the very best from your dog.
Angie breaks down all aspects of training into bite size pieces and gives so much positive encouragement, alway trying to set your dog up for the win.
We also signed Vespa up for the Talent Dogs International course which was so much fun, so much so, we are now on level two which is challenging but enjoyable.
Vespa has grown so much in confidence and ability since attending her classes with Anchaz and this is down to the knowledge, understanding and bucket loads of patience that Angie has for our girl.
From basic training , trick training to scent work I can’t recommend Anchaz enough.

About Me
I have owned, trained, bred and shown German Shepherds for 30 plus years. I have been successful in the show ring, obedience, working trials, IGP, scentwork and now adding mantrailling to that extensive CV. In every activity it is always the dog first and the sport second. My beloved dogs are pets first and I dedicate my time to enrich their lives and I would love the opportunity to help you bond with your dog and enrich their lives to the fullest.
